Does your game board need a fortified tower? How about a Martello tower with guns on top and small guns arrayed on the level below? You know, something that says raiders and pirates beware!
Martello towers are found all over the world. the cannons on top of Martello towers tend to be on rollers like casters so the guns can be moved around the top. they also are on a inclined slide to lower the recoil distance. You will note this tower is designed so the canon can even be placed over the stairwell if needed.
This kit is available in several scales:
6MM scale
This version comes with a T- dock and accessories
15-20MM scale
The model comes in 3 pieces. the tower itself is FDM printed in PLA (color varies) which makes the tower sturdy and light weight. the two guns come SLA printed in grey. There is a hole in the center to stick a dowel flagpole (flag and or dowel not included)
28-32mm scale
This model just under 7inches (just under 18cm) tall minus the guns and flagpole, and about 10 inches (just under 25cm) diameter at the base excluding the landing/stairs
To make this affordable this is printed on a speedy fast layer height (it still takes a day to print one because it’s so big!) The intention is that the modeler will use textured sprays to make this pop! The top two guns on the other hand are the focal detail point for the piece so we chose to use the hi res SLA printing for these!

The model comes unpainted. To produce a tower like the one photographed:
The fortress guns are painted with a orange base spray, then over sprayed in a more maroon red color. The iron/metal color is mixed acrylic brush plate silver, and plain black. The tower itself is base sprayed with satin granite grey as primer, then after masking the doors, lightly sprayed with charcol stone fine texture paint. We then masked the trim stone and the doors and sprayed stone fine texture charcoal more heavily. Finally to give the look depth we over sprayed multicolor textured dessert bisque. One the stone texture pain dried the tower was lighly over sprayed with fire orange, followed by colonial red. Last but not least the stone is semi wet dry brushed light grey acrylic
However you choose to paint yours we are sure it will be a visual focal point for your tabletop!
This model features 3D printed parts: There are two types of 3D printed parts we use in our products. "FDM" is lower cost, and is what most would recognize as traditional 3D printing. This type of model printed in layers from thermal plastic (generally PLA or PETG), and is lightweight with reasonable detail but will have visible striation (or lines) that the hobbyist may want to clean up using putty, primer, or other hobby techniques. "SLA" is a laser cured photo-resin that has exceptional detail, and generally has a much smoother finish without significantly noticeable striation. This type of material is more expensive, and fine details can be more delicate. Some models may use either or both types of parts, and some models may have the ability for the buyer to select the print type under print options. These models are intended to be painted and may come in different colors.
